MR. RICK’S ABC’S

Sometimes the best solution

is the simplest one.

If you’re having issues with self-control, then you have to know where you went wrong in your decision making process.

  • Your Attitude which is what you think or feel.

  • Your Behavior which is what you say or do.

  • Your Character which is what you show to others, (your reputation).

  • Self-control is where you need to focus.

Hence, Mr. Rick’s ABC’s.

  • If your attitude is bad, your behavior will be too.

  • If your behavior is bad long enough, it will affect your character…what you show to others, ultimately your reputation.

  • Lack of self-control is the beginning of trouble.

Through:

  • Group discussions

  • Role-playing

  • Examples of moral dilemmas

  • Personal experiences

You can learn to use this simple tool to evaluate where you went wrong and how you can change your attitude, behavior or character.
