zMAD Interview with Mr. Rick

A couple years ago I was involved with an organization called zMAD Leadership Experience which gave youth a chance to come up with solutions for some of the problems facing our community. One of the best times I’ve ever had working with and watching youth grow through an unfamiliar process. They rose to the occasion without fear and created a dialogue long needed in their lives. We are all better for their efforts.
